Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Negative essentials, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
